UASC Transition Package

Service Description

Transition packages which include interpretation, college application, one to one support and CBT skills for good emotional and mental health wellbeing. The sessions are delivered in form of new arrival programmes to young people; either 121 or workshop classes. Sessions will last for 2.5 hours and can also include workshops and focus groups for older teenagers to help them identify and reflect on what’s working with the strategies we provide.
