Relieve stress and tension with a personalised massage session with our in-house massage therapist. This service is exclusively available as part of our adult services offer and also available to parents and carers. At Twilight Therapy, our focus is on providing a calming and nurturing environment for adults to unwind and recharge, so they can better support the children and young people in their care. We are committed to promoting emotional well-being and relaxation for the whole family. Our Wellness and Meditation Room offers a serene, calming space ideal for relaxation, mindfulness, and guided meditation. Whether you're joining a session or simply need a place to unwind, this space is designed to restore balance and peace. This will need to be booked separately. as an additional package. This service can also be used as a short break and respite offer. We recommend an initial consultation before this service is assessed.
